UZU is the solo project of Emanuel McManus, composer, lead guitarist and mandolinist of French origin, working principally with Franco-British rock band Igor and the Hippie Land and teaching guitar in the Paris region; his strongest influences the golden era of 50s-70s blues, funk and rock.
